DISCOVERING GOD'S WORLD
LFCS- SUMMER CAMP 2015
June 29-August 14, 2015

Dear Parents,

With all the winter weather we have had, we are eagerly awaiting the warmer months and sunshine! At LFCS & St. Mark we have some exciting changes to our summer camp program that will hopefully best meet the needs of all campers! With the support of both our school and church families, we will be able to provide a wonderful camp experience for every child. Under the direction of Mrs. Danielle Miller, our younger campers (K2-1st Grade) will learn more about God’s wondrous world using the A Beka summer camp curriculum.  All classrooms will be led by our dedicated LFCS staff as we hope to provide the same consistent care that your child receives during the school year. Under the direction of Sandy Hennawi, our older campers (1st- 4th Grade) will learn more about God’s special promises and plans for them! The children will also focus on missions and how even a child can serve others! We are excited to welcome several FCPS staff and college youth studying education to help lead these camps. All camp staff is already busy planning and preparing for a memorable summer.

All campers will participate in daily bible stories, fun hands on learning activities, and specials classes (music, reading, PE, and more).  Because chldren learn in diverse ways, our program is filled with a variety of activities that appeal to children’s many interest. A week at summer camp wouldn’t be complete without our exciting themed days! The campers will enjoy:

Picnic Monday- Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy the outdoors!

Rolling Tuesday- Bring your favorite tricycle, bicycle, or scooter!
