Everyone’s favorite time of the week is Chapel time. LFCS' Headmaster, Father Paul, teaches chapel time for all students every Wednesday morning.  With his retelling of Biblical stories, Father Paul not only explains God’s principles but how students can apply these principles to their daily lives. The goal goes beyond knowledge to real life application. “For not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified.”  Romans 2:13

Whether it’s through a song, a story, or an object lesson, chapel time instills the teachings of the Bible into the lives of children regardless of their age, experience or life situation.

Learning the story of Joseph and his coat of many colors!
Our goal is to make learning about fun and engaging! We want to teach and show the children how much Christ loves them!

I also wanted to share with you the sweetest story. After yesterday's chapel time, my son could not stop talking about how he heard Jesus' voice. Almost every night when we pray, he asks why he can't hear Jesus talking back to him and I always say, you just have to ask Him and be quiet so that you can hear His voice. So he said "I heard Him Mommy! I was quiet so I heard Him!" and then I heard him praying to himself in the car saying, "Lord, can you please speak to me again?" I was sooo touched and I prayed that God would continue to speak to Him I also wanted to share with you the sweetest story.
